Shop Material Handler (Full-Time)

About the Role:

 We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Shop Material Handler. This full-time position offers hands-on experience in both warehouse/shop operations and on-site electrical work. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone eager to enter the electrical trade and grow with an experienced, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize materials and maintain accurate inventory

• Prepare and expedite materials and tools for job sites and fleet

• Clean and maintain the shop and work vehicles

• Perform data entry and basic documentation

• Assist in managing deliveries and incoming materials

• Learn to read, interpret blueprints and technical documents

• Follow all safety protocols and building codes

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and tools

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access

• Mechanically inclined and comfortable with physical tasks

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Team-oriented and self-motivated

• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments

• Enrollment in (or willingness to enter) an electrical apprenticeship program

• ​Computer/tech savvy

• Bi-lingual a plus
